Cup Finals This Week at Holmes Park

Wednesday 27th April 2016 - Kick Off 7pm

Lines Keogh United take on FC Britannia in the President's Cup Final - This game is sure to be a cracking spectacle as both of the sides have been scoring for fun this season.

Last weekend's victors in the Chairman's Cup Final Anstey Sports Bar take on the might of the current League Cup holders Creation Builders in the Rileys Sports Bar League Cup Final.

Match Report 20th April 2016

DIVISION  2
Anstey Sports Bar and Park Rise played each other in their first league match of the season. It was only a week ago these two teams faced each other in the Sunday Vase final with Anstey taking the win. Unfortunately for Park Rise, Anstey were not settling for a 1 nil win and managed to concede 7 goals to nil. Bradley Cockerill-Mollett, Joe Hartopp netted each with Nathan Dale scoring 2 and James Hicks claiming a hat-trick. Anstey 7 Park Rise 0.

Ratby Sports Sunday lost their game against Western Park in the mid week game. Western Parks Samuel Jayes and Joshua Mills netted keeping it a clean sheet. Ratby 0 Western Park 2.
With 9 goals to 1, Monsell Club Wasps Reserves were on fire. 5 goal scorers sharing the goals against their match with DYP. Haydon Hawes, Aaron March, Jamie Bloxham and Ricky Borszowski all netted 2 with John Unwin adding.

Last game in division 2 saw FC Fosse beat Verdon Athletic 2-0. Matthew Riley and Richard White hit the back of the net, keeping the game strong to avoid Verdon scoring.

DIVISION 1
Leicester Bharat  played Lines Keogh United and the game was a close one with a goals difference between the two teams. The game ended 5-4 to Bharat with goals from Scott Gallacher, Jamie Mills and of course a hat-trick from their star goal scorer Connor Murch. LK goal scorers were Leon Coleman, Craig Sutton and Danny Concannon with 2.

Forest Park and Syston Rangers gave each other in this league game but it was Syston who claimed the victory with a 7-3 win. Unlucky for Forest Park although good efforts were  shown by Daniel Bains and Jake Williams who netted twice. Syston's Mitchell Donnelly bagged a hat-trick with Sean Daisly, Steven Mitchell, Tyler Gibson and Sean Warrilow making it 7.

PREMIER DIVISION
Creation Builders beat IQRA 8-1 with Jake Duffy and Reece Lydon both scoring a hat-trick and Shaun Barber  who netted 2 for Creation. Jordan Owen scored for IQRA. End score Creation 8 IQRA 1.

Match Reports for 12th, 13th and 17th April 2016

Tuesday 12th April

Tuesday evening Anstey Sports Bar and Park Rise faced each other in the County Cup final at Holmes Park. It was a fantastic game with both teams giving it their all. Anstey scored the winning goal in the 88th minute. Both teams deserved the win with their outstanding performance. Anstey Sports Bar 1 Park Rise 0.

Creation Builders and Frolesworth United will face each other in the semi finals of the Champions Cup. A great outcome for both teams and a fantastic opportunity for the lads involved. As a league we are extremely proud of the success of the teams so far this season.

Wednesday 13th April

DIVISION 1
Keepers Lodge played Leicester Bharat mid-week in their league game to claim 3 points. Darren Wheeler scored 2 for Keepers Lodge along with Luke Holyoake, Martin Hughes and Jack Smith to add to the score sheet. Leicester Bharat scored 2 goals also thanks to Kieran McCabe and Kiran Patel. The Keepers Lodge 5 to Leicester Bharat 2.

Syston Rangers and Forest Park played each other in division 1. Syston were the one to take the win with goals from Shawn Bethell, sub Joe Hill and Sean Warrilow netting 2. Forest Parks Rhys Kimberly hit the back of the net bit it wasn't enough. Syston 4 Forest Park 1.

Lines Keogh beat Spinney Rovers also 4 goals to 1. Lk seem to be on fire at the min and they clearly aren't backing down in the league or Cup games. Unlucky for Spinney and their goal scorer Mccauley Bott. Lk's goal scorers Leon Coleman 2, Danny Concannon and Bradley Terrell.

Palmerston Athletic beat Ballpark Nirvana in this mid-week game and they beat them 4-1. Abdirahman Diriye netted for Ballpark. Zak Ginvert smashed a hat-trick and Ross Taylor-Knoll added.

Last in the mid-week games were FC Britannia and Buddha. Ashley Harris and Ricky Ludlam gave Britannia the win against Buddha with the end result ending 2-1 to Britannia.

Sunday 17th April

DIVISION 2
Verdon Athletic played AJ this Sunday   and we're unfortunate to lose 3 goals to 2. Luke Garratt and Stefan Green netted for Verdon. Gary Warren for AJ bagged a hat-trick. Verdon 2 AJ 3.
Monsell Club  Wasps Reserves beat Brookside this Sunday with 5 goals to 1. Ricky Borszowski claimed a hat-trick whilst his brother Grant Borszowski also netted, along with, Aaron March. Denon Talbot  scored for  Brookside.

Fleckney Athletic played Park Rise and were winning 2-0 within the first 20 mins of the game all thanks to Callum Steer and Matthew Vaughan. Park Rise pulled it back, banging in 6 goals. On his second game, Luke Higgins netted a hat-trick, Ashley Wright scored 2 and Kieran Thompson also added. Fleckney 2 Park Rise 6.

DYP faced Ratby Sports Sunday in this league game but failed to claim the win. Ratby Sports goal scorers were Jack Crisp with a hat-trick, Ian Lang and Connor Murray. DYP 3 Ratby Sports 5.

Anstey Sports Bar smashed Fc Fosse this Sunday, 6-1. Robert Mant showed good efforts for Fc Fosse but unluckily for them it's all they managed. Joe Hartopp netted a hat-trick with Joe Barnes, Bradley Cockerill-Mollett and Declan Sutton adding to make 6.

DIVISION 1
Connor Bott, Christopher Bownes, David Wells and David Wilson bagged the win for Spinney Rovers against Palmerstone. A great 3 points for Spinney. Palmerstone's goal scorer was Andrew Culver who netted both goals. Spinney 4 Palmerstone 2.

Lk United on fire again in their second league game in a week beating Bharat 7-2. However Connor Murch for Bharat still seems to be adding to his rising score sheet, scoring both goals for Bharat. Leon Coleman and Danny Concannon both smashed a hat-trick with Nathan Farle adding for LK.

Fc Britannia smashed Keepers Lodge 12-0. Another team that seem to be on the ball, literally. Ashley Harris netted 4, Anthony Ward scored a hat-trick, Ricky Ludlam bagged 2 with David Hearne, Simon Moore Denis Tomashevskij all adding.

Buddha faced Syston Rangers failing to beat them. Dorel Viorel netted for Buddha but it wasn't enough, not against Sean Warrilow's 5 goals, with Mitchell Donnelly also scoring to make it 6. Buddha 1 Syston 6.

Ballpark's Jake Tomlinson was on fire this Sunday scoring 6 goals, winning the game against Forest Park. However, Forest Park did score 4 goals. End result Ballpark 6 Forest Park 4.

PREMIER DIVISION
Monsell Club Wasps were unfortunate to lose against Creation Builders in this league game. Monsell Club Wasps 0 Creation Builders 2.

Match Report 3rd April 2016

Blue Whale Logistics Presidents Cup
LK played Palmerston in the next round of the Presidents Cup this Sunday and LK did it again knocking Palmerston out of the Cup.  Half time saw LK 4-1 up. Goals from Leon Coleman, Scott Doutre, Mark Foster and Nathan Earle who smashed a hat-trick for LK. Palmerston goal scorers Andrew Culver and Zak Ginvert. LK 6 Palmerston 2.

Fc Britannia played Ballpark Nirvana in the Presidents Cup and they beat them 6-1. A fantastic game for Britannia and a well played unfortunate loss for Ballpark. Britannia's goal scorers were Ashley Harris, Ricky Ludlam, Lee Millins, Denis Tomashevskij and Anthony Ward who claimed 2. Azan Ghanchi netted for Ballpark. Final score Ballpark 1 Britannia 6.

Division 2
Verdon Athletic and Brookside  played each other in the league to fight for the 3 points. Brookside claimed those with a 4-3 win. Goals from Ryan Carter, Nick Lunn, Denon Talbot and Matthew Yates. For Verdon Luke Garratt and Luke McManus netted 2.

Ratby Sports were unable to score in the game against Anstey Sports to claim 3 points for their league. Joseph Hopewell, Reese Medway, Mathew Nethercote, Declan Sutton, Warren James and sub Joe Hartopp all netted for Anstey. Ratby 0 Anstey 6.

Monsell Club Wasps Reserves beat AJ 6-2 this Sunday. Half time Wasps were 3-1 up and didn't fail to keep going. Unlucky loss for AJ. Gary Warren and Connor Woolman netted for AJ. Brothers Grant and Ricky Borszowski both hit the back of the net, Ricky did twice. As did Aaron Murch, leaving room for Stephen Pridmore to add.

Last in Division 2, Fc Fosse smashed DYP out of the park with their epic 12 goals to DYP'S 1. Darren Candy bagged 5, Richard White netted 4, Michael Stead 2 and Robert Mant added. DYP'S goal scorer was Michael Mulloney.

Division 1
Syston Rangers played Leicester Bharat this Sunday and put a holt on Bharat's winning streak. Syston 5 Bharat 2. Mitchell Donnelly netted 2, Sean Warrilow also netted 2 allowing Callum Hollis to score for Syston. Connor Murch scored again for Bharat still raising his score sheet along with Callum Conway who scored for Bharat.

Buddha beat Spinney 3-1 thanks to Joe Butcher-Smith, James Myers and Jack Slawson who all hit the back of the net for Buddha. Maccualey to Bott netted for Spinney but it wasn't enough. Great efforts from Spinney.

Keepers Lodge had a clean sheet against Forest Park beating them 4-0. A great 3 points earned for Keepers. Ashley Jones, Ryan Shilton and Darren Wheeler 2 all scoring.

Blue Whale Logistics Presidents Cup
Syston Rangers played Lines Keogh United in this round of the Presidents Cup. Lk came out on top but only just, thanks to their goal scorers Leon Coleman, Danny Concannon and Rory Molly.  Unfortunately Syston don't go through to the next round. Their goal scorer was Steven Mitchell who grabbed both. The final score Syston 2 LK 3.

Division 1
Leicester Bharat faced Palmerston at home for their mid week league game to claim 3 points, and that they did, Connor Murch was on fire yet again and netted a triumphant 4 goals for Bharat. Half time score was  1-1. Palmerston played well keeping the score only a goals difference, their goal scorers were Zak Ginvert, Harry Turner and Craig Winnett. End score Bharat 4 Palmerston 3.

Keepers Lodge also played their mid week game at home against Ballpark Nirvana. The score ended in a draw with both teams scoring 3 goals each. Keepers goal scorers were Joseph Griffin, Darren Wheeler and Dean Wilmot. For Ballpark it was Azan Ghanchi and Jake Tomlinson.

Match Report 27th March 2016

Riley's Bar League Cup

Spinney rovers faced creation builders in the league cup for a spot in the final. Great efforts shown from Spinney with goals from Andy Bray and Nathan Matthews. But Creation pushed a bit more scoring 4 goals all thanks too Jake Abbott, Domonic Envis, Joe Issitt and Scott Turner. End result Spinney 2 Creation 4. Creation sail through to the final of the League Cup.

Hardings Transport Chairmans Cup


Western park and Park Rise played each other in the semi final of the Chairmans Cup. Both teams were strong and fought till the end. Park Rise scored two goals that were unfortunately offside. But it was Western Park that scored the winning goal thanks to Joshua Mills. Western Park go through to the final against Anstey sports. A great game between 2 teams. Park Rise 0 Western Park 1.

Division 2


Ratby Sports played Brookside in the league this Sunday. Brookside claimed the wanted 3 points with goals from Matt Cropper, Nick Fawlkes and Nick Lunn. Ratby 1 Brookside 3.

Monsell Club Wasps Reserves played Fc Fosse and were on point for the win. Ricky Borszowski netted 2, Hayden Hawes, Aaron March and Ben Wells scored adding to the tally. Unfortunately Fosse failed to score. FC Fosse 0 Monsell 5.

Anstey sports scored a fantastic 7 goals to DYP's 1. DYP showed great efforts in the game and never lost spirit. Ryan Brown netted for DYP. For Anstey Sports it was Bradley Cockerill-Mollett, Zak Harris. Matthew Nethercote and Warren York banged in 2 each.

Division 1

Forest Park were another team this Sunday that failed to score in their game against Leicester Bharat. Connor Murch for Bharat seems to be on fire with his constant goal scoring, another 4 goals from the youngster adding more to his tally. He has scored 10 in his last 3 games and 15 in the last 5. Scott Gallacher scored 2 and Shane Hulme added to their score. Forest Park 0 Leicester Bharat 9.

FC Britannia played Lines Keogh United and beat them 6-2. With goals from Lewis Mayers, Earl Murray with 2 and Anthony Ward scoring a hat-trick. For LK Danny Concannon and Leon Dixon showed effort.

Last game this Sunday and in division 1 was between Ball Park Nirvana and Keepers Lodge. Jake Tomlinson scored Ball Parks 4 goals before being shown the red. Keepers Lodge played to the advantage scoring 6 goals thanks to Darren Wheeler with a hat-trick, Lee McNairn netting 2 and Joseph Griffin adding.

Riley's Bar League Cup

Anstey sports played Syston Rangers this Sunday in the league cup. Both teams wanting to win but it was Anstey that came out in too scoring 3 goals to nil. Unlucky game for Syston. Nathan Dale netted 2 and Warren York made 3.

Hardings Transport Chairmans Cup

The only game in this round of the Chairmans cup saw Western Park Rangers beat Ratby Sports Sunday 5-0. A great Hat-trick from Samuel Jayes, also adding was Philip Henderson and Joshua Mills.

Blue Whale Logistics Presidents Cup

A close game in the presidents cup between Keepers Lodge and Lines Keogh United with a goals difference ending the game 3-2. It was Keepers Lodge that managed to score the one extra goal thanks to Darren Wheeler and substitute Matthew Copson. An unlucky effort from Leon Coleman scoring both goals for LK. Keepers Lodge 3 LK 2.

Division 2


In division 2 this Sunday Verdon Athletic faced Fleckney Athletic for the 3 points. Verdon were the lucky team scoring 5 goals against Fleckney's 3. Like Garrat and Zacharay Halfpenny knocked in 2 each with Joe Garrat scoring the 5th. Brothers Nathan and Stefan Kear and Luke Wheatley added for Fleckney.

The second game in this division was against FC Fosse and Park Rise. A very tough game for both teams but it was Park Rise that scored the extra goal. Rocky Greenwood for Fosse and Simeon Brant for Park Rise made the game 1-1 but after a change around Park Rise new player Luke Higgins came on and scored just in time. FC Fosse 1 Park Rise 2.

DYP played AJ in the hopes of claiming 3 points but unfortunately for DYP, AJ were on top form. Keran Bedder and Ryan Brown scored for DYP. Dylan Beadman banged in a hat-trick for AJ allowing Jake Stanton, Conor Woolman and Jason Dixon to add to their score. DYP 2 AJ 6.

Last in division 2 was Brookside against Monsell Club Wasps Reserves and again another tough game for both teams. It was Monsell that claimed the 3 points for their team. End result Brookside 1 Monsell Club Wasps Reserves 2. Brooksides goal scorer Nick Lunn. Ricky Borszowski and Aaron March for Monsell.

Division 1

Last game in division 1 saw Buddha face BallPark Nirvana to claim 3 points for the race to finish higher in the division. This Sunday it was Buddha that claimed the win. Joe Butcher-Smith smashed in 4 leaving Kyran Welcox to score. For BallPark Ibrahim Kasuji, Darren Liburd and Jake Tomlinson made it 3. End result Buddha 5 BallPark 3.

Match Report 13th March 2016

Premier Division

East Goscote Roofing played Frolesworth United this Sunday in the premier league but failed to claim the 3 points. Frolesworth stole the match with 8 goals to Goscote's 2. Goals from Alex Rhodes, Barnes Gladman and Sam Young with Callum Wills knocking in 4. East Goscote 2 Frolesworth 8.

Division 1

Ball Park Nirvana faced Buddha at home, however were reluctant to score. Buddha played a good game and clearly were the stronger team. Efforts from Joe Butcher-Smith who smashed 4, Andy McKay and Ryan Walker who netted. Ball Park 0 Buddha 6.

Forest Park and Lines Keogh United went head to head for points in the league. Luckily for LK they managed to keep Forest Park from scoring, focusing hard on their 12 goals thanks to Leon Coleman who netted 4, Mark Foster with a hat-trick, Leon Dixon scored 2, leaving room for Nathan Earle, Rory Molly Richard Peachy and Danny Rai to add. 

Leicester Bharat played Spinney Rovers away this Sunday and thanks to Connor Murch Bharat stole 3 points. Scoring  a perfect hat-trick and then a fourth with 2 left foots, 1 right and a cracking header, Connor added to his scoring tally making this 7 in his last three games. Unluckily for Spinney it wasn't their day. Andy Bray scored Spinney's only goal. Game ending Spinney Rovers 1 Leicester Bharat 4.

Division 2

AJ beat Verdon Athletic this Sunday. AJ's Jason Dixon smashed in 2 goals allowing Dylan Beadman to steal a goal for the win. Another unfortunate week for Verdon but a closer game for the team, who played a great game with only a goals difference to determine the win. Joe Garatt and Vinay Parmar added for Verdon. AJ 3 Verdon Athletic 2.

FC Fosse and Brookside faced each other this Sunday in this league game. FC Fosse played the best on the day claiming three more points for the table. Brooksides goal scorers Ryan Carter, Joseph Ferguson, Nick Lunn and Ollie Smith. For Fosse Darren Candy who scored a hat-trick, Matthew Riley who netted 2 and Luke Greenwood added. Brookside 4 FC Fosse 6.

Fleckney Atheltic played Ratby Sports Sunday with result ending in a draw. Both teams played the best they could. Jack Crisp and Marcus Fretter netted for Ratby sports. End result 2-2.

Monsell Club Wasps Res played Park Rise at home this Sunday. Both teams played with the intentions of winning and the game remained 0-0 until Jordan Cufflin-Stableford   Scored for Park Rise. A great game played although Wasps failed to score. Game ended Monsell Club Wasps Res 0 Park Rise 1.

Western Park Rangers and DYP faced each other in the last of the division 2 games. Half time saw Western Park winning 2 nil. Even though DYP scored 2 in the second half it wasn't enough with Western Park also scoring 2 more. Jono Burrows, Philip Henderson, Samuel Jayes and Joshua Mills all netted for Western Park. Lewis Barratt and Ryan Brown added for DYP. Western Park 4 DYP 2.

Blue Whale Logistics Presidents Cup

Keepers Lodge and Syston Rangers played each other in this cup round. Keepers Lodge were the ones who claimed the win scoring 2 goals to Syston's none. Darren Wheeler and Dean Wilmot netted for Keepers Lodge.

Griffin Cup

FC Britannia beat Plamerston Athletic in this  round of the Griffin Cup. A total of 8 goals were scored in this game and 7 were claimed by Britannia. Half time Britannia were 4 goals up and they continued to score more in the remainder of the game. Harry Turner scored Palmerstons only goal. Scott Barr, Ricky Ludlam and Anthony Ward scored a goal each leaving Ashley Harris to net 4. 

Riley's Bar League Cup

Creation builders and IQRA played each other in this round of the Riley's league Cup. Creation Builders smashed IQRA 8-2.

Match Report 6th March 2016

Premier Division

IQRA faced Frolesworth United in this league game in the hopes of claiming 3 points but Frolesworth came out on top. They banged in 12 goals against IQRA's 1. Jorden Owen had high hopes for IQRA however, Sam Burton knocked in a hat-trick, Callum Wills notched in 4, Samuel Young claimed 2 whilst Callum Harris, Ross Perry and Luke Evans added.

St Matthew Dynamos played East Goscote Roofing this Sunday. Half time saw St Matthew Dynamos 1 nil up all thanks to Ilias Adman, but the remainder of the game went to East Goscote Roofing who manage to score 2 goals and keep Dynamo at bay. St Matthews Dynamo 1 East Goscote 2.

Division 1

Leicester Bharat played Keepers Lodge in their league game this Sunday, and it was Keepers lodge who won the game 4 goals to bharat's 2. Conner Murch netted both goals for Bharat. Darren wheeler scored a hat-trick leaving Lee McNairn to claim the other.

Spinney Rovers beat Ballpark Nirvana 2-0 this Sunday to have a few more points added to their league score. An unlocks game for BallPark. Goal scorers Glenn Bugby-Carrington and David Wells.

Division 2

DYP and Fleckney Athletic went head to head in this league game for the fight of 3 points. Fleckney Athletic were the ones who fought hard and scored a great 7 goals. DYP shows good efforts after their previous game Joshua Sole and Sam Mackness netted for DYP. Nathan Kear and Ben Whitmore scored 2 each with Callum Clifford, Will Brown and Aiden Brant-Hall netting. DYP 2 Fleckney Athletic 7.

Unfortunately Verdon Athletic had it tough this Sunday against Western Park Rangers, they failed to score but also had to face the battle which Rangers came with. Half time saw Rangers up 6-0, and the remainder of the game was know different apart from another 12 goals being added to Western Parks score. Brothers Joshua and Ricardo Mills notched in 4 each, Samuel Jayes claimed a hat-trick, Ryan Kneafsey netted 2 with Jono Burrows, Philip Henderson, Perry Read, Ryan Cooper and Conner Heathcote scoring. Verdon nil Western Park Rangers 18.

Forest park faced Syston Rangers in this stage of the Presidents cup. However Syston Rangers fought on and beat Forest Park 3-1. Mitchell Donnelly netted 2 with Sean Warrilow adding for Syston. Forest Parks substitute Jack Farmer scored their only goal.

LK United beat FC Britannia in this round of the cup scoring 5 goals to Britannia's none. Leon Coleman netted 2, Nathan Earle also netted 2 with Craig Sutton scoring 1.

Griffin Cup

The only game in Griffin Cup that was played this Sunday was between Buddha and Anstey sports Bar. Nathan Dale, Daniel Quittenton and Jake Rouse 2 all scored for Anstey and made it a tough game for Biddha to score. Full time score Buddha 0 Anstey sports Bar 4.

Monsell Club Wasps Res played Fc Fosse in the Chairmans Cup. It was a close game with there being a goal difference throughout. Unfortunately for Fosse the goals were more for the Wasps. Half time score wasps were 2-1 up both teams scored in the second half but only one each. Rocky Greenwood and substitute Matthew Riley both scored for Fosse. Scott Lyons and Aaron March 2 netted for Monsell. End result Monsell 3 Fosse 2.

County Cup- Sunday Vase


Park Rise travelled to Friar Lane to face Global Athletic in their Semi-Final. Within the first 10 mins Jordan Cufflin-Stableford curved the ball in the back of the net to put Park Rise in the lead. Global pushed on and made it a tough game for Park rise and they scored. After a few words at half time Park Rise came back even stronger than they were. A few shots on target later paid off with 3 goals being added to their score thanks to Captain Kane Dilkes who netted 2 and striker Ashley Wright tapping in nicely. Unlucky game for Global. Global 2 Park Rise 4. Park Rise will face Anstey Sports Bar in the final at Holmes Park

Match Report 28th February 2016

Premier Division 

Frolesworth United played IQRA at home this Sunday in a league game. Frolesworth claimed the win with 10 goals to 1. A fantastic effort from Barnes Gladman who scored 4 goals and Callum Wills who smashed in 5, allowing Samuel Young to add then score. Abdolkhalegh Ahmadi scored for IQRA.

Division 1 

Syston Rangers and LK United faced each other in the league. But unfortunately both teams failed to score. Great game from both sides, each taking a point.

Division 2

DYP played Western Park Rangers away in the hopes of claiming 3 points. Western Park had other ideas and thrashed DYP 15 nil. Samuel Jayes smashed in 4, Ricardo Mills scored a hat-trick with Joshua Mills and Leon Anthony netting twice. Jono Burrows, Ryan Cooper, Philip Henderson and Reece West all added to the score.

Ratby Sports faced Verdon Athletic this Sunday. Unlucky for Verdon they lost the game 5-3. Verdon goals scorers were Joe Garratt, Luke Garratt and Zachary Halfpenny.

Blue Whale Logistics Presidents Cup

BallPark Nirvana played Buddha in this round of the Presidents Cup. BallPark Nirvana won the game with 6 goals to Buddhas 1. Ballpark were 2 nil up at half time and continued to thrive throughout the remainder of the game. Buddhas goal scorer was Peter Hartshorn. Jake Tomlinson etched in a hat-trick, Azan Ghanchi claimed 2 and Ahmed Suleiman added.

Keepers Lodge and Leicester Bharat played this Sunday in the Presidents Cup me it was Keepers Lodge who shone through scoring 4 goals to Bharat's 3. Joseph Griffin, Luke Holyoake, Leom McNairn, Darren Wheeler and Dean Wilmot all netted for Keepers. Conor Murch scored 2 and Scott Gallacher notched in for Bharat.

Palmerston Athletic faced  Spinney Rovers  at home for the chance to go into the next stages of the Presidents Cup. It was Palmerstons day as they beat Spinney 4-1. Spinney's goal scorer Christopher Bownes. For Palmerston Ross Taylor-Kirk scored 2 allowing Zak Ginvert and Daniel Bate to add.

Griffin Cup 

Forest Park and Brookside had a great match this Sunday with both teams fighting for the place in next stages of the Griffin Cup. So much so that the game win was decided on penalties. At half time Brookside were 3 nil up but Forest Park were not giving up and scored 4 in the remainder of the game, Brookside also added to their already 3 goals to make it 4-4 final whistle. Extra time saw no teams score. Penalty shoot out determined the win for Brookside. Unluckily for Forest Park Brookside scored five penalties to their 4. Goal scorers for Forest Park, Daniel Baines, Thomas Bradley-Smith, and Rhys Kinberley with 2. For Brookside Matt Cooper, Jamie Williams and Nick Lunn also with 2. 

Hardings Transport Chairmans Cup

Anstey Sports Bar beat Monsell Club Wasps Reaerves this Sunday in the Hardings Chairmans Cup. They will go through to the next stage of the cup. Nathan Dale smashed a hat-trick, Daniel Quittenton and Jake Rouse all netted for Anstey. Danny Bates, Jamie Bloxham and Aaron March all added for the Wasps. End result Anstey Sports Bar 5 Monsell Club Wasps Reserves 3.

Premier division
Frolesworth United had there winning heads back in action this Sunday after beating Monsell wasps 5-2. Goals from Barnes Gladman, Ross Perry, Callum Wills and Alex Rhodes who netted 2 for Frolesworth. Jason Brackenridge and Andy Taylor showed effort for Monsell.
Division 1
FC Britannia played Ball Park Nirvana and beat them 8-3 to gain 3 points. Darren Liburd and Jake Tonlinson bagged a goal each for Ball Park. Anthony Ward and Denis Tomashevskij both scored a hat-trick for FC Britannia leaving room for Simon Moore and Lewis Mayers to add to the score.
Palmerston played Syston Rangers away this Sunday but were unlucky to lose the 3 points. Half time score saw them down 2-1 but Syston pushed throughout the second half and scored another 4 to make it 6-1 full time. Andrew Culver scored Palmerstons only goal. Sean Warrilow smashed in 5 goals and Ford Taylor netted.
Division 2
AJ played Ratby Sports Sunday in the hopes of claiming 3 points and that they did. Dylan Beadman, Mitchell Clarke, Jason Dixon and Gary Warren all hit the back of the net to make it 4-2 to AJ.
Blue Whale Logistics Presidents Cup
LK United beat Keepers Lodge in this round of the presidents cup. It was a close game with only a goals difference but it was LK who claimed the win with 4 goals to 3 both Leon Coleman and Callum Dacey scored two. For Keepers Lodge Luke Holyoake, Leom McNairn and Darren Wheeler.
Spinney Rovers faced Buddha in this round also and at half time Spinney were set to win with already scoring 4 goals. But Buddha came out strong in the second half and scored another 2 goals. Ending the game 4-4. Goal scorers for Spinney Maccauley Bott, Christopher Bownes and David Wilson. Joe Butcher-Smith, Stephen Marson and Dorel Viorel for Buddha.
Hardings Transport Chairmans Cup
Park Rise travelled to Newbold Verdon to face Verdon Athletic in this round of the Chairmans cup. Both teams played well but Park Rise rose to the occasion and beat them 3-0 after their defeat the previous week. Goal scorers were Kane Dilkes and Ashley Wright with 2.
Western Park played DYP in the Chairmans Cup and thrashed them a fantastic 10 goals to 2. Second half saw a repeat of the first half with both teams scoring the same amount of goals to double their score. Joshua Mills scored 4, Ricardo Mills and Samuel Jayes borne scored 2 allowing Reece West and Connor Heathcote to add to the score. Michael Mulloney and Karl Mullaney both scored for DYP.

Division 1
Buddha played Leicester Bharat at home this Sunday in the hopes of claiming 3 points, however it was Leicester Bharat that played to win bearing Buddha 2-1. Half time score Bharat were a goal up but managed to knock in another to claim the win. Buddha's goal scorer was James Myers for Bharat Scott Gallacher and Ryan Langley.
Division 2
Western Park Rangers played Brookside on Valentine's Day and weren't sharing the love!! Western Park stole the win with only 1 goal claiming the 3 points needed for the league. It was a late goal as the score at half time was 0-0! Goal scorer for Western Park was Connor Heathcote.
AJ faced Fleckney Athletic at home but failed to beat them! Fleckney were 1 nil down at half time but clearly wanted to have the 3 points to add to their points. Matthew Vaughan and Nathan Kear (2) netted for Fleckney. Jason Dixon and Adam Nadolski showed effort for AJ. An unfortunate loss for AJ.
DYP beat Verdon Athletic 4-3 in this league game. Half time DYP were a goal up and proceeded to push and win throughout the remainder of the game! Verdon put in great efforts with scoring 3 goals in 45 mins as did DYP adding to their previous goal. Luke McManus claimed a hat-trick for Verdon. Ryan Brown, Michael Mulloney, Ewan Rossington and Joshua Sole all scored for DYP.
Blue Whale Logistics Presidents Cup
Ball Park Nirvana lost their place in the Presidents Cup this Sunday against Palmerston. Half time they were down 4-2. But Palmerston played on high spirits and proved they wanted the win, all thanks to Andrew Culver and Zak Ginvert that netted twice allowing Harry Turner and Samuel Gill to score. For Ball Park it was Jake Tomlinson and Darren Liburd who scored 2. End result 3-6 to Palmerston.
Fc Britannia also lost out of the Presidents Cup against LK United 3-5. And unfortunate event for Britannia with them being 2 nil down at half time! LK goal scores Dave Brakes, Leon Coleman, Danny Concannon all claiming 1 each and Nathan Earle with 2. For Britannia Earl Murray, Denis Tomashevskij and Anthony Ward all netted.
Griffin Cup
Monsell Club Wasps Reserves go through to the next round after knocking Spinney Rovers out. Half time both teams were even 1-1. With it being a close game Monsell pushed that little bit harder and scored another. Ending the game 2-1. Jamie Bloxham and Stephen Pridmore scored for Wasps. Andy Bray made an effort for Spinney.
Park Rise failed to score this Sunday against Keepers Lodge. Keepers Lodge showed they were the stronger team filling gaps left right and centre. Unfortunately for Park Rise this is the end of the Griffin Cup. Keepers Lodge goal scorers Luke Holyoake and Darren Wheeler who netted twice.
FC Fosse beat Ratby Sports Bar 8 goals to nil in this round of the Griffin Cup. It's the end of the road for Ratby Sports. Goal scorers for FC Fosse were Rob Stead, Rich White both netting twice leaving Rocky Greenwood scoring a hat-trick. (OG)

Harding's transport chairman's Cup
Ratby Sunday played Anstey Sports Bar in this round of the Harding's Cup, and Anstey played the way they know how and thrashed Ratby a staggering 20 nil. Half time Anstey were 12 nil up and clearly didn't stop there. Goal scorers Nathan Dale with a whooping 7, Bradley Cockerill-Mollett smashed in 6, Joseph Harris netted a hat-trick allowing space for Jake Rouse, William Slawson, Declan Sutton and Warren York to add.
Blue Whale Logistics Presidents Cup
In this round of the Presidents cup Keepers Lodge faced FC Britannia with the game ending even 3-3. Fantastic effort from both teams and half time ended 1-1. Darren Wheeler scored a hat-trick for Keepers Lodge and for FC Britannia Scott Barr, Ricky Ludlam and Simon Moore got 1.
Division 2
In division 2 we saw the top teams go head to head for that top position Park Rise and Monsell Club Wasps Reserves. Both teams needy of that place in the league. Park Rise triumphed the game and knocked in 8 fantastic goals. The Wasps failed to put the ball in the back of the net and so Park Rise go top of the league. Captain Kane Dilkes scored 2 and received man of the match, Simeon Brant netted twice as did Ashley Wright. Both sub's Zak Gurney and Connor Bott both added.
Brookside faced Fleckney Athletic this Sunday and they beat Fleckney 4 goals to 2. Half time saw Brookside 1 nil down but they out in extra effort to score the four they needed to win the game. Nick Lunn, Jamie Williams and sub Shane Babbington touched the back of the net for Brookside. Fleckneys goal scores were Luke Wheatley and sub Nathan Kear.
Division 1
LK United played Palmerston Athletic in this league game on Sunday. Half time LK were winning 5-0 and not much changed for the remainder of the game. Leon Coleman scored a hat-trick, Danny Concannon 2, Scott Doutre and Christopher Merrill 1 each. For Palmerston it was Daniel Bate and Nathan Boyes. End result 7-2.
Forest Park played Ball Park Nirvana and beat them 3-2. Despite the weather and pitch conditions both teams made great efforts. Daniel Baines notched in 2 and Jack Farmer netted for Forest Park. Ball Parks Jake Tomlinson and Liban YarYar made it 2.
Premier division
The only game played in the premier this Sunday was Everlast Roofing and St Matthews Dynamo. A great game for Dynamo as they defeated Everlast 6-3 with half time being 3-1 to dynamo. Jacob Horne scored 1 and Ryan Mawson 2 for Everlast. For Dynamo Luay Bashir, Suleman Nassor 2, Curtis Oyakgole, Fauz Yusuf and Hassan Sallam all added to make 6.

Western Park Rangers faced Anstey Sports Bar in this league cup match. Half time score saw Anstey 4 goals up to Rangers 2, and they kept it up in the second half. Both teams scored again but only once, ending the game 3-5 to Anstey. Western Parks goal scorers were Leon Anthony, Samuel Jayes and Ricardo Mills. AJ played Fleckney Athletic this Sunday hoping to continue in the Hardings Cup. Both teams were a goal difference throughout the match with the half time score being 2-1 to AJ. Fleckney decided the game was theirs and banged in two more goals in the second half, the game ended AJ 2 Fleckney 3, with goals from Dylan Beadman and Connor Woolman for AJ and Stefan Kear, Ben Whitmore and sub Nathan Kear for Fleckney. .

Fc Britannia picked their heads up from the previous game where their victory had come to an end in the county cup losing 4-2 against St Marks, by beating Syston Rangers 4-1 in the Presidents Cup. In this game Keepers Lodge knocked Forest Park, out of the Park with a fantastic 17 goals to nil. A clear incredible effort from Keepers Lodge sends them into he next round. Richard Sneath and Darren Wheeler both hit the net 5 times, Ryan Shilton banged a triple, leaving Joesph Griffin and Leom McNairn to score two each. .
District lost their game against Palmerston Athletic in this round. The 2 goals from Dale Bond unfortunately weren't enough for Palmerstons 7 thank to Andrew Culver with 2, Zak Ginvert who scored 4 and Nathan Dickens who netted. Final score District 2 Palmerston 7..

In the league Verdon Arheltic played Ratby Sports in the hopes claim 3 points and that they did. Verdon were 2-0 up at half time and proved they wanted the win. St Mathew Dynamos played AFC sporting Charnwood and knocked them out of the cup. A great win for St Matthews score ended 3-1..
FA Carlsberg Sunday Cup
Frolesworth showed great efforts in their game against St Joesphs. They travelled all the way to Luton with supporters in tow for their late kick off. They game was a fantastic one seeing it end 1-1 at full time. Playing into extra time, St Joesphs managed to score and made it hard for Frolesworth to make up the score. End result St Joephs 2 Frolesworth 1. Well done lads you have showed fantastic grit and determination throughout do not give up!! .

Happy New Year!
I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas and New Year. I am looking forward to the rest of the season. Be sure to fill in stats on the website, this will make my job easier.
Premier Division
The Christmas break had no effect on Frolesworth United in their game against St Matthews Dynamo this Sunday. However, sitting 3rd in the table they needed this win. Barnes Gladman scored 2 this game taking his overall goal score in the league to 6. Callum Wills also netted 2 making his overall goal score 8. Scoring for St Matthew Dynamo was Ilias Adman who hasn�t been shy of scoring in previous league games. Frolesworth United 4 St Matthew Dynamo 1.
Division 1
Syston Rangers faced Buddha this Sunday for their first league game in 2016. Syston claimed the 3 points pushing them to 5th place in their division with 9 points. The match was a tough one considering the wet muddy conditions and it was Buddha who were in the lead but Syston dug deep with grit and determination to win the match. Syston goal scorers were Sean Warrilow 2 and Mitchell Donnelly 1. For Buddha it was Sam Harvey.
Division 2
In this match Monsell Club Wasps Reserves stormed the game with 10 goals against Verdon Athletics 3. Verdon had a battle on their hands but didn�t give up scoring 3 goals but it wasn�t enough. Monsell wanted to prove who the winning team were by smashing in goal after goal. The Borszowski brothers Ricky and Grant netted with Grant scoring a hat-trick and Ricky edging in 2. Also with 2 was Hayden Hawes, leaving 3 goals, 1 each for Jamie Bloxham, LeeJay Crane and Michael Packes. Verdons Zachery Halfpenny bagged twice and Luke Garratt adding to the score.

First two games of the year in the Blue Whale Cup saw LK united beat Leicester Bharat 7-1. A great score for LK boosting their confidence for the rest of the year. LKs goal scores were Dave Brakes, Callum Dacey, Leon Coleman with 2 and scoring a hat-trick was Danny Concannon. Leicester Bharat�s goal scorer was Winston Kiffin.
The second match was between Spinney Rovers and Palmerston Athletic. Both teams wanted the win and with the weather wet and sludgy, it made it a more of a challenge for both teams. Palmerston Athletic grabbed the win sending them into the next round of the Blue Whale Cup. Spinney scored 2 goals thanks to Christopher Bownes and David Wilson. A double hat-trick from Andrew Culver and Zak Ginvert for Palmerston, made it 6.

Nathan Dale scored an array of goals alongside James Hicks, Jake Rouse, Warren York and Reece Medway for Anstey. What a great start to the New Year pushing Ansteys efforts towards the final of the Griffin Cup that step closer. Fleckneys Goal scorer was Matthew Vaughan.

Premier Division
IQRA travelled to Monsell Club Wasps ground in an attempt to snatch the much needed 3 points but Monsell didn�t give up that easy knocking in 11 goals to IQRA�s 1. Monsells goal scorers were Andy Taylor 4, Jed Macken and Derek Brackenridge got 2, whilst Jason Brackenridge, Scoot Varnham and Lee March netted each. IQRA�s goal scorer Idriis Hussein knocked in 1.
Division 1
Palmerston Athletic played Forest Park to claim 3 points in their division but both walked away with 1 point as the game ended 3-3. Zak Ginvert scored a fine hat-trick for Palmerston. Dominic Green, Curtis Hemmings and Rhys Kimberley bagged one each for Forest Park.
Fc Britannia have done it again winning their 11th consecutive game this season. Ashley Harris, Simon Moore and Denis Tomashevskij all hit the back if the net twice allowing Ricky Ludlam, Luke Wilson and Sub Greame Sutton to notch a goal in. Fc Britannia are now top of the league for Christmas and the new year. End result Fc Britannia 9 Leicester Bharat 0.

Last game of 2015 in the Hardings Cup saw DYP play Monsell Club Wasps Res in a battle for a place in the next round. Monsell Wasps Res took the win 8 goals to 3 all thanks to Nathan Bates, Jamie Bloxham, Grant Borszowski, Ricky Borszowski, Ashley Keohane and Ben Wells. DYP goal scorers were Shane Essex and substitute Karl Mullaney.
Griffin Cup
Division 1�s Ball Park Nirvana played Division 2�s Verdon Athletic in this round of the Griffin Cup and Ball Park claimed the win scoring a fantastic 12 goals to Verdons 2. A nice end of the year win for Ball Park. Jake Tomlinson banged in 6 goals, whilst Ibrahim Kasuji got 2 leaving Hassan Chunara, Ahmed Suleman and subs Darren Liburd and Sharmakee YarYar to net a goal each. Verdons Luke McManus notched in twice.
FA Sunday Cup 3rd Round
Frolesworth have made it to the top 16 games in the Sunday Cup. They are making a massive impression not only in the cup games but also in the league games too. Today they beat Quorn Royals 2-1 to continue on their road to victory. We as a league are extremely pleased and happy to see so many of our teams doing well Frolesworth being one of them. Their Manager Jordan Halford cannot be any prouder of his teams progress and hopes the road to success doesn�t end.

Premier Division
Creation Builders thrashed Everlast roofing this Sunday 17-1. Builders performed the way they know how by banging in goal after goal and defeating their opposition. However it wasn�t enough to push them to the top of the league. Their goal scorers were Shaun Barber with 8, Joe Geary 4, Jordan Duffy 2, Lewis Hurst 1, Scott Turner 1 and an own goal. Everlast goal scorer Ryan Mawson.
IQRA faced Monsell Club Wasps in this league game but Monsell played the game winning 7-0 sitting them at the top of the Premier. IQRA had a tough game with being bottom of the league and Monsell took their advantage and the pressure showed as IQRA scored an own goal. Monsell�s goal scorers were Jason Brackenridge with 2, Jed Macken 1, Andy Taylor 2 leaving Danum Russell to add to the win.
Division 1
Keepers Lodge travelled to LK United�s ground in the hopes of defeating them and they did with Ryan Shilton Scoring a tremendous hat-trick claiming the 3 points. Ending score LK United 1 Keepers 3.
Forest Park beat Spinney Rovers 2-1 grabbing the 3 points. Glenn Bugby-Carrington notched in for Spinney but Forest Park wanted to prove the 3 points were theirs Daniel Baines and Curtis Hemmings made it happen.
A close game between Buddha and District this Sunday and to begin with, District seemed strong with them being 1 nil up at half time. The second half is where it all changed and Buddha triumphed in this 7 goal battle, thanks to Joe Butcher-Smith, Jack Slawson and Andy McKay who netted twice. Districts Dale Bond, Marcus Benjamin and Ben Tebbutt kept the score close. Buddha 4 District 3.
Division 2
Anstey Sports Bar beat AJ 10-0 with half time being 5-0. Anstey have proved week in week out that they are the underdogs of division 2 winning in both league and cup games and this was no exception. Joe Hartopp claimed a hat-trick, Nathan Dale got 2 leaving Joe Barnes, Bradley Cockerill-Mollett, Joseph Harris, Reece Medway and Declan Sutton to complete the score.
Western Park Rangers beat FC Fosse in this league game. Half time score was 5-1 to Western Park and they continued to score ending the game 6-3. Western Parks goal scorers were Leon Anthony and Samuel Jayes 1 each. Adding to the score was Philip Henderson and Joshua Mills who netted twice.
Top and second in division 2 went head to head to claim the three points. Park Rise knew what they wanted and grabbed the win scoring goals left right and centre. The game saw Brookside 2 nil down at half time but they came out scoring 2 thanks to Matt Cropper and Denon Talbot. Park Rise netted another 6 goals in the second half ending the game 8-2. Park Rise�s Ashley Wright Stormed the game with his second hat-trick in two consecutive games, Simeon Brant and Captain Kane Dilkes left their imprint. Substitute Jordan Wojcik come on and knocked in 2 whilst on his debut, Kieron Thomson made a great first impression by scoring 1. Park Rise sit top of the league.
Last in division 2 saw Ratby Sports Sunday get slaughtered by Monsell Club Wasps Reserves 1 goal to 12. Ricky Borszowski wanted to let everyone he was there, he connected with the back of the net 6 times, Ashley Keohane Banged in a hat-trick whilst Grant Borszowski, Jamie Bloxham and Danny Bates tapped in a goal each.

Half time was 1 goal to 5 and Britannia played the game putting pressure on Bharat and it showed with them scoring 3 extra goals to Bharats 1 in the second half. Scott Gallacher and Jamie Mills netted for Bharat. Ashley Harris, Simon Moore and Denis Tomashevskij all bagged 2, substitute Earl Murray and Anthony Ward left their mark for Brittania. Spinney Rovers took on Keepers Lodge at home in this league game. The game saw spinney claim the 3 points with Christopher Bownes, Andy Bray and David Wilson completing their mission. End of game Spinney Rovers 3 Keepers Lodge 1.
Palmerstone faced Forest Park away in the hopes of claiming the win and a close game it was. Zak Ginvert and Andy Burbidge notched 1 each. But Jack Goodall and Curtis Hemmings who struck the target for Forest Park made it 3-2. Forest Park take the win.
Leicester Bharat stole the game with a cheeky last goal against District. Scott Gallacher and substitute Samuel Bingham touched the back of the net whilst Connor Murch banged in 2.
Division 2
Fleckney Athletic played Western Park at home this Sunday but it was Western Park who triumphed gaining 3 points. Fleckneys sub Nathan Kear replaced Jack Edwards in the 55th minute and scored within 20 but it wasn�t enough. Josh Mills, Samuel Jayes and Leon Anthony for Western Park completed their objective of all strikers to score.
Fantastic game between Ratby Sports Sunday and DYP. Both teams clearly had something to prove. Half time saw Ratby 4 nil up. DYP came out second half and scored a fantastic 5 goals but Ratby hadn�t finished by scoring another 2 goals ending the score 6-5. Ratby��s goal scorers Pierce Robson and Josh WainWright netted each, Aaron Barot and Connor Murray got a double. DYP�s goals from Michael Mulloney and Joshua Sole got 2 leaving 1 to Ryan Brown.
Griffin Cup
FC Fosse went against AJ beating them 6-1 sending them into the next leg of the griffin cup. AJ�s goal scorer William Wilkinson.
Sunday Premier Cup
Frolesworth have done it again making it through to the quarter finals in the Premier Cup after beating Webbieswonderer 5-0. Barnes Galdman, Callum wills and Alex Rhodes make their mark, whilst Sam Young Claimed 2.
St Matthews Dynamo faced Albion in this round of the Premier Cupand came out on top sending them through into the quarter finals. St Matthews Dynamo 4 Albion 1.
Sunday Intermediate Cup
FC Brittania beat Syston Rangers 4-3 in this round of the Intermediate Cup. Brittania were behinde all game until the last 5 minutes thanks to Lee Millins who claimed 3 goals and Denis Tomashevskij adding 1.
Sunday Vase Cup
Monsell Club Wasps Reserves played FC City of Leicester away and they bought the victory home with a goal difference. Jamie Bloxham scored both goals. Monsell Res 2 FC City of Leicester 1.
Park Rise won their game against Blaby United. The game saw Blaby score their goal within the first 10 minutes but Park Rise pushed on making it impossible for Blaby to score more. Scoring a hat-trick for Park Rise was Ashley Wright with Kane Dilkes adding to the score. Park Rise 4 Blaby 1.
Anstey Sports Bar had the game in the palm of their hands. The quarter final for FC Catalonia became a distant memory as Anstey banged in goal after goal. Jamie Hicks hit the back of the net 6 times, Nathan Dale 4, Brad Mollett 3 and Warren Yorke and Sam Robinson added to the already 13 goals. Anstey 15- Fc Cataonia 2.

Rileys Bar League Cup
Syston Rangers played East Goscote Roofing in this round of the Rileys cup. Unfortunately for Syston, East Goscote scrapped through with 3 goals to 2. Syston goal scorers were Steve Mitchell and Christopher Shaw.
Monsell Club Wasps travelled to Anstey to face the Swifts in the hope of making it through to the next round of the Rileys Cup. Anstey Swifts were not the ones to underestimate as they banged in 4 goals leaving the Wasps battling to score more. The final whistle saw Anstey win 4-1 and go through top the next leg of the cup. It was Joe Hartopp, Jake Rouse, and Nathan Dale who netted 2, to send their team through. Monsell Wasps goal scorer was Derek Brackenridge.
The last game in the Rileys Cup was Lines Keogh United who faced Spinney Rovers. Both teams fighting for a place in the next round and it was Spinney who stole the win 3-2. Goal scorers for Spinney were Maccauley Bott, Glenn Bugby-Carrington and Liam Hardy. LK�s goal scorers Leon Coleman and their substitute Dave Brakes.
Hardings Transport Chairmans Cup
Verdon Athletic took on Brookside in this battle for the next round. Brookside were on fire scoring 10 goals making it tough for Verdon to compensate. Final whistle Verdon Athletic 2 Brookside 10. It was Luke McManus who netted both for Verdon. For Brookside we saw Denon Talbot score a hat-trick, Ryan Carter, Nick Lunn and Matt Cropper grabbing 2 each with Shane Babbington adding to the score.
In this game Fc Fosse played Western Park Rangers for a spot in the running for the cup. But both teams showed their strengths with none backing down ending the game 3-3. Western Parks goal scorers were Joshua Mills 2 and Samuel Jayes.
Blue Whale Logistics Presidents Cup
Palmerstone Athletic faced District this Sunday in the Blue Whale Logistics Presidents Cup. With both teams wanting the win Palmerstone pushed through and snatched the win with 8 goals to Districts 3. For District Nathan Charles notched 1 and Monz Beckford claimed 2. Palmerstones goal scorers were Andy Burbidge, Andrew Culver and Zak Ginvert netting 2 each with Nathan Boyes and Nathan Dickens making it 8.
Another Draw this Sunday for Forest Park and Leicester Bharat. Both teams wanting the win and playing with their best ending the game 3-3. Goal scorers for Forest Park Jack Farmer, Curtis Hemmings and Rhys Kimberley.
Premier Division
Frolesworth United won again this Sunday, this time in the Premier division against St Matthews Dynamo. It was 2-2 at half time giving both teams an advantage for the second half. Both teams scored but it was Frolesworth who added the extra goal to make it 5-3. Dynamos goal scorers Pearson Mwanyongo 2, Suleinan Nassor. Frolseworths goal scorers were Barnes Gladman 2, Alex Rhodes 2 and Callum Wills.
Division 1
Fc Britannia had another fantastic game this week continuing their winning streak. They beat Buddha 10 nil in the league game sending them top in their division with a 26 goal difference. Buddha�s goal scorer Ryan Walker. Brittania�s Ashley Harris and Anthony Ward notched in 3 each with Ricky Ludlam and Simon Moore netting 2.
Division 2
Park Rise went head to head with Ratby Sports Sunday. A great game played by both teams. Ratby upped their game after their loss against Park Rise previously but Park Rise triumphed beating them 5-4. Ratby�s Goal scorers were Craig Staples with a hat-trick and their substitute Aaron Barot. It was Jordan Cufflin-Stableford netting 2 and Simeon Brant, Matthew storr and Ashley Wright claiming a goal each.
Fleckney Athletic faced Monsell Club Wasps Reserves in this league game. Monsell Res won the game 4-2. Fleckney came out stronger in the second half after half time score being 4-0. They netted 2 goals and kept the game strong for Monsell. Goal scorers for Fleckney Stefan Kerr and Ben Whitmore. For Monsell it was brothers Ricky and Grant Borszowski (2) and Jamie Bloxham.
Another great League game for divison 2. AJ played DYP with a fantastic outcome for AJ winning a staggering 8 goals to 1. Half time score was 2-1 but it was clear who the stronger team were on the day. DYP goal scorer was Ashley Harvey. Chris Shufflebotham bagged a hat-trick, Jason Dixon and Dylan Beadman netting 2 and notching one in to make it 8 was William Wilkinson.
